This page covers what koeo.ai collects: the inquiry form, the newsletter, the workshops lists, applications sent by email, and visits. Information a client entrusts to us during a mandate is governed by our General Terms.

What we collect, and why

Your browser also keeps, for itself only, your language choice and the inquiry you are writing until you send or clear it.
We sell no information.
Where your information is
The inquiry form, the newsletter and the workshops lists run through Resend, in the United States. Our email is in Google Workspace, and the site is hosted by Vercel; both may store data outside Canada. Your information may therefore be kept outside Québec.
How long we keep it
The newsletter and the workshops lists: until you unsubscribe. Inquiries: two years after the last exchange, unless you become a client. Applications: 12 months. The analytics hash: 24 hours.
Your rights
You may ask to see, correct or delete your information, or to receive a copy of it, and withdraw your consent at any time. Every newsletter has an unsubscribe link. Write to the person in charge above; we answer in writing within 30 days. You may also complain to Québec’s Commission d’accès à l’information.
Clients
Information a client entrusts to us during a mandate is governed by our General Terms: used only for the mandate, protected, then destroyed when the mandate ends.
Changes
We publish any change on this page, with its date.
