Since 2014, software where failure is expensive: banking systems, merchant payment integrations carrying more than US$10 billion in order volume, cloud platforms standardized across Fortune 500 accounts, and enterprise security programs, AI detection and response among them. Ten-plus products shipped for Montréal startups.

Three companies started with AI at their core: Koeo, which began as a GPU inference platform; a consumer health application he runs as CEO; and a cloud, IoT and data company he co-founded and served as CIO.

He has trained enterprise customer teams on the platforms he deployed. Every example in these workshops comes from a system he built and shipped, with what it measured and what it did not.

  • Putting AI to work, for your team

    Full day · up to 12 people

    Before the day, a short intake of the workflows your team wants fixed. On the day, demos on your own tools, Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace, and time to build first versions.

    You leave with your team’s workflows ranked, first versions built, and a 30-minute debrief within two weeks.

  • Technical workshop

    1 day or 2 half days · up to 12 people

    For developers and IT. One outcome: an agent that holds up. We connect it to a system through MCP, read-only and under the user’s own permissions, defend it against prompt injection, vet any third-party server before it is installed, and test its answers against a small set of known questions.

    It runs on our sandbox, a realistic system with fake data, so no security approval is needed, or on yours when your security team approves it ahead of time. You leave with a working integration and a checklist for production.

The fee for a private workshop is credited against a build signed within 90 days.

Private workshops can be included in your company’s training plan under Québec’s 1% law.

Prices
In Canadian dollars, before GST and QST. A seat is paid when you register for a date.
Refunds
A public seat is refunded in full up to 7 days before the date. A private session can be moved free of charge up to 10 business days before.
Minimum
A public date goes ahead with 8 people, or 15 for Understanding AI. Otherwise every seat is refunded.
Accounts
Bring your own. Companies set up their paid plans before the day; we bring spare accounts in case one is blocked.
Your data
Nothing confidential goes into a tool during a session unless it runs on your company’s approved plan.
