Assessment

An outside technical leader’s look
at your business.

One working session with your team, in person or remote, then a written diagnostic you keep: what to keep, what to change and in what order, and what to watch, with a fixed-price proposal for anything larger.

Discuss an assessment

The first call is 30 minutes and free.

The five questions it answers

  1. What is the business trying to do, and where would AI pay off?

We learn how the work actually runs, from first contact to invoice, and where process, tools or AI would pay off. “Leave it alone” is a real answer.

  2. What do you run, and where does the data go?

Your systems and accounts, where your clients’ information travels, and what to keep, replace or retire.

  3. What can your AI tools and agents read, change or send?

How AI is used today, what each tool, agent or connector is allowed to do, and the rules that hold it. In a regulated practice

  4. How does a change reach production, and who can step in?

From an idea to a release, and who could carry the systems if one person couldn’t.

  5. Will it hold as you grow?

Whether it is built on workflows rather than tools, at the speed AI now moves.

Each question gets a score from 1 to 4, with one line of reason. If you keep working with us, we score them again every quarter, so progress shows.

How it runs

  1. A free 30‑minute call, to see whether an assessment is the right first step.
  2. The price: fixed, and the same for every company. Nothing starts until you approve it.
  3. A working session with your team, in person or remote, with your systems on screen.
  4. A written diagnostic you keep, with a fixed-price proposal for anything larger.
  5. If you want, ongoing guidance: a few hours a month with someone who already knows your systems.

What it is not

Not an audit: advice, as of a date, on what you showed us. The legal reading of anything regulated stays with your counsel.
